Bruce Pardy presents the Leave position, arguing that Alberta should become an independent country.
The debate is moderated by Jason Lavigne, host of The Lavigne Show.
The one-hour debate uses a chess-clock format, with each participant receiving 30 minutes of total speaking time. When one debater has the floor, his clock runs; when the floor changes, the other clock begins.
